As Warehouse Teamleader, you are the driving force behind our logistics operations. You have an eye for optimization and know how to keep processes running like a well-oiled machine. You're not afraid of challenges and know how to inspire your team members to get the best out of themselves. Because you always know what's going on within the warehouse, you are the go-to person for managers and supervisors.
- Coordinating daily operations and acting as the first point of contact for a team of 10 to 25 colleagues.
- Proactively identifying deviations and disruptions and quickly taking action to resolve them.
- Contributing to projects aimed at improving our logistics processes and procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and safety regulations.
