For one of our clients in the Veldhoven region, we are looking for a Courier / Warehouse employee. In this varied role, you combine the best of both worlds: you make sure orders in the warehouse are carefully processed, then prepare them yourself for transport and deliver them to customers. It's precisely this mix of warehouse work and driving that makes this role so versatile and challenging.
This role is ideal for someone who loves variety. One day you're mainly involved in the logistical process in the warehouse, the next you're on the road to customers. Thanks to this combination, your work remains challenging, varied, and no two working days are ever the same.
- Loading and unloading trucks and delivery vans
- Receiving, checking and storing incoming goods
- Collecting, checking and preparing orders for shipment
- Processing data in the ERP inventory system
- Ensuring a tidy, safe and organised work environment
- Driving scheduled delivery routes from the base location in Veldhoven
- Delivering orders to customers throughout the Netherlands
- Delivering orders right into customers' homes and checking them together with the customer
- Dealing with customers in a friendly manner and, where necessary, providing information about the delivered products
