What can we help you with?

With temping, you're placed with a client for a specific assignment or period, often on a flexible basis. With secondment, you're placed with a company for a longer period while remaining employed by the secondment agency. Secondment therefore offers more security and continuity; temping offers maximum flexibility.
During the intake interview, you choose between two payment options.
With weekly payment, you receive the previous week's pay every Thursday. For example, if you work 32 hours in week 9, that amount is paid on Thursday of week 10.
If you choose payment every four weeks, your pay for that period is paid out shortly after it ends, on a Thursday. For example, if you work from week 9 through week 12, you'll receive that pay on Thursday of week 14.
You receive your vacation pay annually in May.
An intake interview is essentially an introductory conversation in which we get to know you better. We take a close look at your wishes, work experience and skills.
Of course, you'll also want to know more about us. Our recruitment consultant explains our approach, the various positions and the terms of employment, and you'll have plenty of room to ask all your questions.
The interview lasts a maximum of one hour and preferably takes place at one of our branches. Tip: write down your questions beforehand so you don't forget anything during the conversation.
Absolutely. We understand everyone has to start somewhere, and we offer training and support to help you grow in your role. In your application, be sure to show your enthusiasm, motivation and willingness to learn.
Questions about your contract
As a temporary worker, you work under the phase system of the NBBU collective labor agreement. Phase 1 covers your first 8 working weeks; periods without work, such as vacation, don't count. You can be offered an unlimited number of contracts, and you start accruing pension from your very first working day through the STiPP Basic Pension. If you haven't worked through Versado for six months, accrual starts over.
Phase 2 runs from working week 9 through working week 52. In this phase too, an unlimited number of contracts is possible, and you continue accruing pension through the STiPP Basic Pension.
After phase 2, you move into phase 3. Your contract then includes a minimum number of hours, and a maximum of six contracts can be offered over three years. After eight working weeks in phase 3, you accrue 12% pension through the STiPP Plus Pension, of which 4% is your own contribution.
A flexible contract is also known as an on-call agreement: you work whenever Versado or the client calls you in, and you're paid for the hours you actually worked.
With a contract for a fixed number of hours, a set number of working hours per week or month is stated in your contract. You're then guaranteed at least the pay for those hours, even if you happen to work less.

Questions about your pay
That depends on several factors: the position, the client you'll be working for, your work experience, and your qualifications and certificates.
Under the NBBU collective labor agreement, as a temporary worker you earn the same as permanent employees in the same role at the company where you'll be working. This means your hourly wage can vary per client. Temporary workers are entitled to a benefits package that is at least equivalent to that of permanent employees in comparable positions. This includes pay, allowances, working hours, overtime and vacation days. The individual components don't have to be identical, but the total value must be equal.

To find your ideal job, we need a few documents. Bring the following to the interview:
A valid ID (ID card or passport), your driver's license (if you have one), your diplomas, a reference from a previous employer, and your resume. If possible, send your resume in advance by email to the branch where you'll be interviewed.
There are three possible next steps.
If we immediately have a suitable job for you, we'll get in touch to discuss the details — sometimes you can even start the very next day.
If there's no immediate match but we're positive about the conversation, you'll be added to our database and we'll actively look for a suitable vacancy. As soon as one comes up, you'll hear from us; depending on client demand and your experience, this can take a while.
If we see too little overlap with your dream job, we'll be honest about it and won't pursue it further. We appreciate your interest and wish you every success.
Questions about your pension
Yes, as a temporary worker you start accruing pension with pension fund STiPP from your very first working day. As of January 1, 2026, a new pension scheme will take effect for flexible workers. The total pension premium will rise to 23.4% of the pension base. The employer pays 15.9% of this, while flexible workers contribute 7.5% themselves.

For seasonal work and some long-term production placements, we can help with housing through certified partner locations. Participation is always voluntary and transparently priced.
What does it cost?
The rental price depends on the location and room type and is agreed with you in advance. Deductions from your payslip only happen with your consent.

We invest in the training of the people who work for us. Which training depends on what you do, what you want to become, and what the client requires.

Think of forklift, reach truck and aerial platform certification, VCA-basic and VCA-VOL, training for tree care specialists, Dutch as a second language (NT2), and industry-specific courses.
How do I request it?
