As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will strengthen their team. On a daily basis, you will lead a team of an average of 30 people across multiple departments, depending on workload. You support the team leads and stay in contact with, among others, customer service and the control room. You also handle various reports / management information yourself and stay in close contact with, among others, the Warehouse Manager. You are able to switch quickly, make decisions, and weigh the right considerations for both the team and the organization. Safety is always your number one priority. Your team stands out for its drive to get the best out of the team every single day. Whether it's optimizing processes within the warehouse, or getting fitter together by going for a run with colleagues after work. You challenge each other every day!
