As a Recruitment Consultant in Tegelen, you are the connector within the team. You listen carefully to our clients and immediately start looking for the right candidates. You guide people from the first interview to the moment they start working, and you stay involved throughout their entire employment period. So you really make sure clients and temp workers are satisfied. On an average day, you first check which new requests have come in. You call candidates, schedule introductory interviews, and stay in touch with companies to see what they need. In between, you consult with colleagues, brainstorm about fun ways to find new people, and keep an overview of ongoing vacancies. You're in touch with a lot of people, and no day is boring!
- Recruiting, selecting and interviewing candidates.
- Writing and managing job vacancies.
- Matching candidates to vacancies and clients.
- Guiding candidates through the application and placement process.
- Maintaining contact with clients and temp workers.
- Scheduling interviews and handling administration.
- Identifying commercial opportunities and thinking along with clients.
