As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a central role in connecting candidates and employers across various sectors. You find satisfaction in finding the right match and enjoy building long-term relationships with both candidates and clients. No workday is the same: from conducting job interviews and writing vacancy texts to quickly filling an unexpected staffing need. - You actively recruit candidates for a wide range of positions and conduct introductory interviews with applicants.
- You maintain contact with registered candidates and flex workers, both by phone and on location.
- You respond to clients' staffing needs: when they call, you act quickly and find the right candidate.
- You ensure complete personnel files and keep the administration well organized.
- You post and manage our job vacancies based on demand and developments in the labor market.
- You participate in recruitment activities, such as job fairs organized by institutions like UWV and municipalities.
- You support various branch activities and ensure things are well arranged.
