As a branch manager in Eersel, you are visible on the floor every day. You lead the team, pitch in where needed, and ensure the branch runs smoothly. You maintain overview, bring structure, and seize commercial opportunities in the region. Then you tackle operational challenges and make adjustments where needed. You regularly meet with existing clients, but you also actively look for new collaborations. In between, you coach employees and support their personal and professional growth. You are visible on the work floor, listen to your colleagues, and keep your finger on the pulse. Are you ready to build a close-knit team and contribute to the growth of the branch? Daily management of and collaboration with recruitment consultants and account managers, ensuring good cooperation and a clear way of working
- Coaching colleagues on the work floor and providing one-on-one guidance to help them improve in their profession
- Ensuring smooth commercial and operational processes, from request to placement
- Actively maintaining and expanding client relationships, and identifying and seizing commercial opportunities in the region
- Contributing ideas and actively participating in acquisition and relationship management, with a focus on sustainable partnerships
- Monitoring results and adjusting hours, costs, and branch objectives
- Identifying areas for improvement and translating this into concrete improvements in the team, working method, and client approach
- Encouraging ownership within the team through clarity, leading by example, and follow-up
- Ensuring structure, overview, and priorities in daily operations
- Overseeing compliance with laws and regulations (such as GDPR, collective labor agreement, and NEN/SNA)
