Do you have commercial drive and are you ready for a new challenge? Become an Account Manager in Eersel and build on clients, candidates, and results.
You'll divide your time between client visits, recruitment, and relationship management. With your energy, overview, and commercial insight, you know how to seize opportunities every day.
What you'll be doing
- Managing and expanding your own client portfolio.
- Recruiting, selecting, and interviewing candidates.
- Acquisition and relationship management with existing and new clients.
- Writing and posting job vacancies.
- Conducting intake, application, and evaluation interviews.
- Guiding candidates and clients throughout the entire placement process.
- Identifying commercial opportunities and proactively acting on them.
What we ask
Bachelor's level of working and thinking
2 to 5 years of experience in a commercial role
You are sociable and communicate easily
You are proactive, spot opportunities, and seize them
Passion for recruitment? That's a great bonus!
What we offer
Gross salary between €3,000 and €5,000 per month
32 to 40 hours per week
