Our client supplies a complete range of facade elements made of plastic and aluminum for both renovation and new construction projects in residential and utility construction throughout the Netherlands. In addition to producing these elements, they also install them.
As a work preparer / draftsman, you play a crucial role within the team. You are responsible for the proper preparation of a project and ensure that working materials are ordered on time. This can get quite hectic at times, but even then you keep a cool head and work accurately. You also closely monitor the progress of the project by communicating with production planning and clients.
- You work out structural connection details and record the dimensions in AutoCAD.
- Testing products against application requirements.
- You coordinate the elaboration and processing in the ERP system.
- You ensure that materials are ordered and determine preliminary delivery times.
- Transferring finalized orders to production planning.
- You communicate timely and accurately with production planning and clients to ensure proper project monitoring.
