Our client supplies a complete range of facade elements made of plastic and aluminum for both renovation and new-build projects in residential and utility construction throughout the Netherlands. In addition to production, they also assemble all these elements.
As a work preparer / draftsman, you play a crucial role in the team. You are responsible for the proper preparation of a project and ensure that work materials are ordered on time. This can sometimes get hectic, but even then you keep a cool head and work accurately. You also closely monitor the project by communicating with the production planning and clients.
- You work out structural connection details and record the dimensions in AutoCAD.
- Testing products against application requirements.
- You coordinate the elaboration and processing in the ERP system.
- You ensure that materials are ordered and determine provisional delivery times.
- Transferring completed orders to production planning.
- You communicate in a timely and correct manner with production planning and clients for the purpose of project monitoring.
