Plastic and aluminum window frames fall under their specialty, but that's not all. For conservatories, sun blinds, doors and glass walls, our client is also your go-to for the best advice all the way through to installation.
To ensure that the window frames are of the highest quality, our client is looking for a head work planner. In this role, you lead a team of work planners while also actively participating in the work preparation yourself. Leading by example definitely applies to you. You play a crucial role in translating project plans into actionable steps, keeping an overview while also keeping a sharp eye on the details. The day-to-day supervision of your team is in your hands, and you know how to motivate each and every one of them. With your planning skills, you organize the work preparation so that all assignments are completed by the end of the day, and you know how to set priorities.
- You coordinate and process orders in the ERP system.
- You determine the correct profiling, composition and work out special detailing.
- Testing products against application requirements.
- You order materials so that you never run out and determine the provisional delivery times.
- You monitor the progress of the work preparation planning.
- You hand over finalized orders to production planning.
- You lead your team based on output and performance.
- You act as the point of contact for the work preparation team.
