To ensure that the window frames are of the highest quality, our client is looking for a Head Work Planner. In this role, you will manage a team of work planners while also actively participating in the work preparation process yourself. Leading by example definitely applies to you. You play a crucial role in translating project plans into actionable steps, maintaining an overview while also keeping a sharp eye on the details. You are responsible for the daily supervision of your team and know how to motivate each individual member. With your planning skills, you organize the work preparation so that all assignments are completed by the end of the day, and you know how to set priorities.
- You coordinate and process orders in the ERP system.
- You determine the correct profiling and composition, and work out special detailing.
- Testing products against application requirements.
- You order materials so you never run out, and determine the provisional delivery times.
- You monitor the progress of the work preparation planning.
- You hand over completed orders to production planning.
- You manage your team based on output and performance.
- You act as the point of contact for the work preparation team.
