Our client is a multinational company in the construction industry. Whether it's new builds or renovations, they can help with anything. Their mission is to build sustainably and affordably, working towards a better future. In addition to construction, our client is also active in the production of, among other things, roof tiles.
For their production location in Venlo, they are looking for an enthusiastic operator to strengthen their team. As an operator, you monitor the production process and ensure that the machines keep running. You set them up, convert them, and check during your shift whether the settings are still correct. You safeguard the quality standards, ensuring that the end products are of good quality. In addition, you are not afraid to carry out first-line maintenance and resolve malfunctions. Of course, the technical service department is ready to help, and you work together with them to get the machines running again as quickly as possible. Within the organization, there is a family culture, which means that it is appreciated when you think along with processes and contribute initiatives.
- You are able to operate, set up, convert, and inspect the machines and installations.
- You detect malfunctions or other problems and can resolve them independently or with the help of the technical service department.
- Performing user maintenance.
- You place high value on the quality standards of the products.
- The technical service department may ask for support, which you provide whenever needed.
