You will be working for an ambitious family business in the Venlo region, known for its innovation, team spirit, and reliability. With around 50 employees, they produce more than 500 maintenance and cleaning products for various well-known brands and major retail chains. As a Working Assistant Production Team Leader, you are the link between the team leader and the production team. You support the team leader in the daily management of the shift and take over this role in their absence. At the same time, you actively participate in the production process, operate machines, and ensure smooth production.
- Actively participating in the entire production process and carrying out operator tasks.
- Operating, monitoring, and adjusting machines and technical installations where necessary to ensure an optimal production process.
- Identifying, registering, and contributing to the resolution of technical malfunctions and operational bottlenecks.
- Monitoring the progress, quality, and safety of the production process.
- Guiding and supporting employees and contributing to their development.
- Contributing ideas for improvements in processes and working methods.
- Assisting with staff and holiday planning and leave registration.
