You'll be working at one of the most modern soft fruit packing stations in Europe. Every year, millions of kilos of berries are processed and packed here in a modern warehouse of no less than 11,000 m². With ultra-modern sorting and packaging machines, including a digital high-speed sorting machine, and cold storage rooms with room for 2,500 pallets, everything here is centered around quality, efficiency and innovation.
As an innovative player within the fresh produce (AGF) sector, work is done daily on packaging and distributing fresh soft fruit products. Thanks to the short lead time, the product stays fresh and of high quality for longer. In addition, food safety, a pleasant working atmosphere and development are important pillars within the organization.

As a technical service employee, you are indispensable for keeping production running smoothly. You resolve mechanical and electrotechnical malfunctions, carry out preventive maintenance and actively contribute ideas on technical improvements. You are technically minded, solution-oriented and enjoy solving malfunctions quickly and skillfully. Thanks to your efforts, machines and installations keep running reliably and production can continue.
- Resolving mechanical, pneumatic and electrotechnical malfunctions.
- Carrying out preventive maintenance on machines and installations.
- Contributing ideas on improvements to the production process.
- Maintaining the try seal tools.
- Assisting in mapping out the technical condition of facilities and assessing malfunction reports.
- Helping to train and coach new colleagues/operators.
- Helping to supervise execution and advise on maintenance priorities.
- Informing the Head of Technical Service in case of (impending) deviations from planning/quality.
- Ensuring that objectives and KPIs are met.
- Carrying out maintenance work according to instructions.
