In the role of process and energy technician, you are responsible for ensuring the most optimal progress possible of the drying and baking of roof tiles, all in an as energy-efficient manner as possible. You lead a team of 4 operators and together you ensure that at the end of the day a whole stack of newly produced roof tiles is ready. All machines run smoothly thanks to your sharp eye for maintenance. You are ambitious and strive for continuous improvement. That's why you also enjoy contributing to improvements within the work process.
- You carry out (preventive) maintenance and repair work.
- Setting up, monitoring and controlling the dryers and ovens.
- You check and, where necessary, make adjustments within PLC programs and frequency controllers.
- You are responsible for directing 4 oven operators.
- Contributing to improvements in the organization and the installations.
- You resolve malfunctions in installations and production machines.
