About this job
Are you the experienced sewer technician we're looking for? Can you tackle a job independently like the best, and do you take on every challenge with both hands? Then read this sewer technician vacancy quickly.
Our client, a family business, has been providing the best service for over 30 years in everything related to sewers. You can rely on them for the installation, renovation, or maintenance of your sewer system. They provide their services for private homes, business premises and halls, as well as new construction.
To strengthen their team, they are looking for an experienced sewer technician. In this role, you'll head out every day with your fully equipped work van to customers who really need your help. At one job, a private home's toilet is clogged; at the next, there's a blockage in the sewer system of a large industrial hall. The day after, you'll mainly be carrying out preventive maintenance. Every day, even every assignment, is different, so there's no time to get bored. You solve all these problems with ease, of course supported by good equipment. During your on-call shifts, you drive through your work area like a rescuer in need, making customers happy again with a properly draining sink and a smoothly flowing sewer. It's also important that you communicate well, both with the customer you're with at that moment and with your colleagues at the office. You're happy to pass on all your knowledge and expertise to future technicians, guiding them and teaching them all the tricks of the trade. This way, you ensure that our client continues to provide excellent service to all their customers, both now and in the future.
- You resolve faults and emergencies in all types of sewer systems.
- You carry out minor construction work and repairs.
- You consult with and report to clients.
- You enjoy mentoring young technicians to teach them the tricks of the trade.
