Our client works with electricity, gas and telecom and is a specialist in their field. The culture is informal, so everyone interacts with each other in a very relaxed way.
To strengthen their team, they are looking for a driven groundworker. In this role, you'll be responsible for excavation work and supporting the construction and maintenance of electrical and gas infrastructures. Together with your fellow groundworkers and crane operators, you'll work on various projects in the South Limburg region. You'll work closely with the crane operator. In places the crane operator can't reach, or areas where caution is needed because pipes or cables are already present, that's where you come in. You'll get to work with a shovel and carry out excavation work. Eventually, you'll also fill in the dug holes again. In doing so, you'll level the ground so that the road is passable again once you're finished. You'll of course make sure the work can be carried out safely by setting up the proper barriers. It may sometimes happen that you need to consult with clients, or provide a brief report at the end of an assignment. Together with your team, you'll finish every job and be on your way to the next one.
