As a production employee, you play an important role in the production process of sustainable, high-quality paints. You actively contribute to the quality and success of the production process. Your main task is producing and filling various types of paint, always prioritising safety, cleanliness and quality.
An average working day consists of carefully weighing and mixing raw materials, operating machines, filling products into the correct packaging and keeping track of raw material stock. You immediately spot quality deviations and work closely with your colleagues, but you are also able to work independently. In addition, you are responsible for keeping your workplace clean and safe. You work day shifts in a pleasant and informal working atmosphere, where teamwork is central.
