About this job
Are you socially strong? Do you know how to motivate others to get started with work? And does being the first point of contact on site sound appealing to you? Then start as a working foreman in landscaping in the Sittard region.
For one of our clients, we are looking for a working foreman in landscaping. In this role, you are responsible for managing and guiding a great team of at least 2 assistant gardeners. Together with your team, you head out to ensure that your maintenance district looks top-notch. You lead your team and make sure the work is done correctly. Together, you make sure the grass is really greener. In addition to carrying out the tasks assigned to you, you are also alert to spots that need maintenance yourself. You raise these observations during consultations with the district manager, so that action can be taken. Once a job is finished, you report to the supervisor. A good communication style is therefore important, both towards your colleagues and towards supervisors.
In addition, you're always ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work yourself with the brushcutter, hedge trimmer, or hoe. So you lead by setting a good example. Seeing the immediate results of your work is something that gives you satisfaction.
