As Senior Installation Coordinator, you'll travel daily from the branch in Born to various projects. You are the central point of contact on the work floor and ensure that work is carried out right the first time. In this role, you lead the installation team, guide foremen, and ensure clear coordination with the office regarding planning, preparation, and materials. You also take responsibility for training and providing professional guidance to new employees and interns. Thanks to your calm demeanor and natural leadership, you identify bottlenecks early and resolve them immediately.
