As Maintenance Foreman in Born, you'll head out with your team into the greenery every day. You're in charge on site and ensure that all maintenance tasks are carried out skillfully and according to schedule. You're the main point of contact for satisfied clients and coordinate planning and required materials smoothly with the office. Outdoors, you also enjoy rolling up your sleeves for pruning, mowing, and other regular maintenance work. In addition, you divide the work, monitor quality, and guide new colleagues so that the job gets done right the first time.
